mYak Earflap Hat Knitting Kit | mYak Baby Yak Medium & Knitting Pattern

We love designing simple patterns that rely on straightforward construction, and this hat is no exception. It's one of the very easiest ways to make an earflap hat - no grafting or seaming required! The earflaps are knit flat first, then joined to work the rest of the hat in the round.

mYak Baby Yak Medium is spun from fiber that is sustainably and humanely hand-combed from domestic yak using traditional methods by Tibetan nomads. Participating in the mYak cooperative makes it possible for the Tibetans to continue their sustainable and humane practice of raising domestic yaks and adds a level of veterinary training that was not available previously in these remote highlands.

Each mYak Earflap Hat Knitting Kit includes the following:

~2 skeins mYak Baby Yak Medium, 100% yak, 125 yards each.

Not included: US 7, 16" circular knitting needles and DPNs (or a long circular for magic loop), 2 stitch holders, ring markers, locking markers, darning needle, optional pompoms (x3).
